There was no surprise in Caloocan City where 12th rankedBossing (1-6) was defeated by fifth ranked Giga (4-2) 99-94 on Tuesday. TNT Tropang forced 20 Blackwater turnovers. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when TNT Tropang made 7 blocks. South Sudanese-American center Bol Bol (218-1999, college: Oregon) scored 48 points (!!!), 11 rebounds and 7 blocks to lead the charge for the winners and point guard Jayson Castro William (180-1986) chipped in 10 points and 4 assists during the contest. At the losing side American center Robert Upshaw (213-1994, college: Washington) responded with 36 points (!!!) and 7 rebounds and naturalized Italian guard Dalph Panopio (185-2000, college: CSUB, agency: Schafer Sports) scored 17 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Blackwater players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. TNT Tropang moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Ginebra Kings. Blackwater lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the twelfth position with six games lost.
