Not a big story in a game in Manila where 12th rankedBossing (1-6) was defeated by fifth ranked Painters (5-1) 122-106 on Wednesday. Rain or Shine made 23-of-28 free shots (82.1 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists. The best player for the winners was American-Ivorian power forward Deon Thompson (204-1988, college: UNC, agency: Slash Sports) who had a double-double by scoring 25 points, 16 rebounds and 4 assists. Guard Antonio Asistio (178-1995) chipped in 18 points and 7 assists. American swingman George King (198-1994, college: Colorado, agency: Slash Sports) produced a double-double by scoring 35 points (!!!), 12 rebounds and 4 assists and center Justin Chua (198-1989) added 10 points and 8 rebounds respectively for the guests.
