No shocking result in a game when second rankedHomentmen (9-1) defeated on the road 8th ranked Damour (2-8) 81-64 on Saturday. Homentmen looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. American center Angel Baker (173-2000, college: Ole Miss) scored 23 points and 6 assists to lead the charge for the winners and the former international Reem El Ghali (181-2007) chipped in 16 points during the contest. At the losing side American Sonia Smith (170, college: GMU) responded with 18 points and 5 assists and her fellow American import Alexa Hart (190-1995, college: Ohio St.) scored 14 points and 6 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Damour's coach rotated twelve players seeing no chance for a win. Homentmen keeps a position of league leader, which they share with Al Riyadi. Newly promoted Damour keeps the eighth place with eight games lost.
