Very important is a home loss of third rankedAntonine (9-5) against sixth ranked Homentmen (8-6) on Thursday night. Host Antonine was defeated by Homentmen in a tough game in Antonine 91-95 . It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Antonine. Homentmen players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists. American forward Tyler Bey (201-1998, college: Colorado) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 29 points, 15 rebounds and 4 assists. The other American import forward Khalid Thomas (208-1999, college: Portland St.) contributed with a double-double by scoring 20 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. The former international swingman Mark Al-Khoury (197-1998) replied with 28 points and 8 rebounds and American Ricky Ledo (201-1992, college: Providence) added 21 points, 7 rebounds, 6 assists and 7 steals in the effort for Antonine. Five Homentmen and four Antonine players scored in double figures. Homentmen moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Al Markaziyyah and Hoops. Antonine at the other side keeps the third position with five games lost.
