Very expected game when 9th rankedLakestars (21-33) lost to second ranked Dolphins (41-13) in Nagoya 95-106 on Saturday. Nagoya DD outrebounded Shiga L-Stars 38-26 including 28 on the defensive glass. Nagoya DD shot the lights out from three sinking 14 long-distance shots on high 51.9 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 29 assists. American forward Aaron Henry (198-1999, college: Michigan St., agency: Diamond Sports) notched 18 points, 8 rebounds, 7 assists and 4 steals to lead the effort and the former international guard Isaiah Murphy (196-1998, college: ENMU) supported him with 22 points and 6 rebounds. Even a double-double of 36 points (!!!) and 11 rebounds by Greek-American center Zach Auguste (208-1993, college: Notre Dame, agency: Pensack Sports) did not help to save the game for Shiga L-Stars . Taiwanese point guard AC Yu (183-2002) added 10 points, 5 rebounds, 9 assists and 6 steals. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Nagoya DD keeps a position of league leader, which they share with Tochigi Brex.
