An interesting game forGambarous (37-10) which hosted in Tokushima second-ranked Broncos (38-11). Third ranked Gambarous managed to get a 8-point victory 94-86 . It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Broncos. Tokushima Gam. made 18-of-23 free shots (78.3 percent) during the game. American power forward Tavrion Dawson (202-1996, college: CSUN, agency: One Motive Sports) orchestrated the victory by scoring 27 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists (was perfect 10-for-10 from the free throw line !!!). American-Filipino guard Roosevelt Adams (196-1998, college: Idaho Coll.) contributed with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. American forward Kennedy Meeks (208-1995, college: UNC) replied with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 12 rebounds and his fellow American import Devin Oliver (203-1992, college: Dayton) added 12 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for Saitama. Four Tokushima Gam. and five Saitama players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Gambarous have an impressive six-game winning streak. Tokushima Gam. maintains third position with 37-10 record having just three points less than leader Kagawa FA. Saitama at the other side keeps the second place with 11 games lost.
