The most surprising game was a loss of top-rankedGambarous (27-7) in Tokushima on Sunday night. Hosts were defeated by eighth ranked Dice (17-15) 97-92 . It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Gambarous. Tachikawa made 21-of-27 free shots (77.8 percent) during the game. Tachikawa outrebounded Tokushima Gam. 40-27 including 27 on the defensive glass. 26 personal fouls committed by Tokushima Gam. helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Worth to mention a great performance of Lithuanian power forward Rokas Gustys (206-1994, college: Hofstra) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 29 points and 15 rebounds (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field) and American power forward Andrew Fitzgerald (202-1990, college: Oklahoma, agency: Octagon Europe) who added 20 points and 9 rebounds during the contest. Four Dice players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was American power forward Tavrion Dawson (202-1996, college: CSUN, agency: One Motive Sports) with 21 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists and American-Filipino guard Roosevelt Adams (196-1998, college: Idaho Coll.) scored 23 points and 6 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Tachikawa maintains eighth position with 17-15 record. Tokushima Gam. at the other side still keeps top place with seven games lost.
