Not a big story in a game when 9th rankedUnited (14-20) lost to fifth ranked Hachioji Trains (21-13) in Tokyo 63-75 on Saturday. It was an exceptional evening for American swingman Donovan Clay (203-2001, college: Missouri St.) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 17 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists. point guard Fuki Yamamoto (177-1998) accounted for 13 points and 6 rebounds for the winning side. Hachioji Trains' coach Mitsuhiro Kamezaki used an eleven-player rotation and allowed the starting five to get some rest. American forward Chehales Tapscott (195-1990, college: Portland St.) came up with a double-double by scoring 15 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists and Guamanian-American guard Earnest Ross (198-1991, college: Missouri, agency: Haylett Sports) added 15 points and 7 rebounds respectively for Shanan Utd in the defeat. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Hachioji Trains . Tokyo maintains fifth place with 21-13 record. Shanan Utd lost their third game in a row. They keep the ninth position with 20 games lost.
