Rather predictable result in Osaka where fourth ranked Alvark (21-11) defeated 8th ranked Evessa (13-19) 91-76 on Saturday. Alvark Tokyo looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Alvark Tokyo made 10 blocks. Spanish Sebastian Saiz (205-1994, college: Ole Miss) fired 24 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. The former international forward Ryan Rossiter (206-1989, college: Siena) chipped in a double-double by scoring 15 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists. Ukrainian center Volodymyr Gerun (208-1994, college: Portland) produced 16 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) and American Ryan Luther (206-1995, college: Arizona) added 16 points and 5 rebounds respectively for lost side.
