Very important is a road loss of third rankedTry Hoop (12-8) against fourteenth ranked Earthfriends (5-13) on Saturday night. Visiting Try Hoop was defeated by Earthfriends in Tokyo 79-63 . Tokyo Z players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. The game was dominated by American players. It was a good game for forward Jordan Bruner (208-1997, college: Alabama, agency: Diamond Sports) who led his team to a victory with 14 points and 9 rebounds. Power forward Jeremy Combs (201-1995, college: Texas Southern) contributed with 12 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Five Earthfriends players scored in double figures. Forward Terrance King (198-1990, college: ESU, agency: Diamond Sports) replied with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 11 rebounds and forward Cherif Sow (201-1992) added 10 points and 4 assists in the effort for Okayama. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Tokyo Z moved-up to twelfth place. Okayama at the other side keeps the third position with eight games lost.
