American power forward Gavin Edwards (206-1988, college: UConn, agency: Octagon Europe) answered with a double-double by scoring 26 points and 10 assists and Australian Nick Kay (206-1992, college: MSU Denver) added 18 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists in the effort for Shimane SM. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Sapporo have an impressive series of six victories in a row. Hokkaido L. maintains second place with 13-4 record having just two points less than leader Nagasaki, which they share with Tochigi Brex.
