There was no surprise in Tokyo where 10th rankedAlphas (4-8) were defeated by seventh ranked Golden Kings (7-5) 77-59 on Sunday. Ryukyu outrebounded Koshigaya A. 40-28 including 31 on the defensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Victor Law (201-1995, college: Northwestern, agency: Pensack Sports) who helped to win the game recording 16 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists and the other American import forward Andrew Randall (198-1990, college: Temple) who added 12 points and 4 assists during the contest. The best for the losing side was Guinean-French Sekou Doumbouya (206-2000) with 23 points and 5 rebounds and Kazakhstan-American point guard Anthony Clemmons (187-1994, college: Iowa) scored 12 points and 4 assists. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Ryukyu moved-up to fourth place, which they share with 5 other teams. Loser Alphas dropped to the seventh position with eight games lost. They share it with 4 other teams.
