Rather expected game in Hiroshima where 8th rankedLakestars (7-44) were defeated by fifth ranked Dragonflies (25-27) 88-74 on Sunday. Hiroshima D. forced 19 Shiga L-Stars turnovers. The game was dominated by American players. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Dwayne Evans (201-1992, college: St.Louis, agency: Pensack Sports) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 11 points and 10 rebounds and forward Kerry Blackshear Jr (208-1997, college: Florida) who added 12 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists during the contest. At the losing side power forward Julien Ducree (206-1997, college: Utah Tech) responded with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 12 rebounds and Markeith Cummings (198-1988, college: KSU) scored 10 points and 7 assists. Five Hiroshima D. and four Shiga L-Stars players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Hiroshima D. moved-up to fourth place, which they share with FE Nagoya and Akita NH. Shiga L-Stars lost fifth consecutive game. Newly promoted team keep the eighth position with 44 games lost.
