Very expected game in Ishikawa where 15th rankedKanazawa (16-36) was crushed by third ranked Five Arrows (39-11) 94-61 on Saturday. Kagawa outrebounded Kanazawa 57-27 including a 42-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. Kagawa looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by Kanazawa 's players. The best player for the winners was American forward Alex Davis (206-1992, college: Fresno St., agency: Diamond Sports) who scored 26 points and 6 rebounds. His fellow American import power forward Brekkott Chapman (206-1996, college: Weber St.) chipped in a double-double by scoring 13 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists. American guard Steven Green (196-1993, college: OKBU) produced 24 points and 8 rebounds and point guard Koki Higashino (183-1999) added 9 points respectively for the hosts. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. The victory was the sixth consecutive win for Five Arrows . Kagawa maintains third place with 39-11 record having six points less than leader Yokohama EX. Kanazawa lost their eighth game in a row. They keep the fifteenth position with 36 games lost.
