Very predictable result when first rankedGolden Kings (37-13) rolled over 8th ranked Lakestars (7-42) in Okinawa 104-73 on Wednesday. Ryukyu outrebounded Shiga L-Stars 37-21 including a 27-14 advantage in defensive rebounds. Ryukyu looked well-organized offensively handing out 32 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by Shiga L-Stars ' players. American forward Keve Aluma (206-1998, college: Virginia Tech, agency: Pensack Sports) notched 24 points and 7 rebounds (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field) to lead the effort and international center Alex Kirk (211-1991, college: N.Mexico, agency: Pensack Sports) supported him with 18 points. Even 19 points by Australian forward Brock Motum (208-1990, college: WSU, agency: Slash Sports) did not help to save the game for Shiga L-Stars . American Markeith Cummings (198-1988, college: KSU) added 15 points for the guests. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Golden Kings have an impressive nine-game winning streak. Ryukyu maintains first position with 37-13 record. Shiga L-Stars lost third consecutive game. Newly promoted team keep the eighth place with 42 games lost.
