Rather predictable result when fifth rankedToyota A. (13-15) won against 7th ranked Aishin AW (10-19) in Anjo 63-48 on Sunday. Toyota A. looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Center Ufuoma Tanaka (181-2002) notched 19 points and 6 rebounds to lead the effort and Nigerian center Amaka Okonkwo (186-2002) supported her with 11 points and 7 rebounds. Even 18 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists by the former international power forward Ramu Tokashiki (193-1991) did not help to save the game for Aishin AW . The former international Sakura Noguchi (181-2001) added 13 points and 12 rebounds for the hosts. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Toyota A. have an impressive five-game winning streak. They maintain fifth position with 13-15 record. Aishin AW lost third consecutive game. They keep the seventh place with 19 games lost.
