Everything went according to plan when sixth rankedSwoops (21-15) edged on the road 12th ranked Tachikawa (15-23) 93-90 on Saturday. American forward Ryan Logan (200-1994, college: Stonehill) notched 16 points, 6 rebounds and 8 assists to lead the effort and the other American import power forward Zena Edosomwan (206-1993, college: Harvard, agency: Diamond Sports) supported him with 12 points and 8 rebounds. Even 24 points and 7 assists by American power forward Andrew Fitzgerald (202-1990, college: Oklahoma, agency: Octagon Europe) did not help to save the game for Tachikawa . Senegalese center Cheikh Mbodj (208-1987, college: Cincinnati) added 12 points and 12 rebounds for lost side. Five Gifu and four Tachikawa players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Gifu moved-up to fifth place. Tachikawa lost tenth consecutive game. They dropped to the thirteenth position with 23 games lost.
