We could consider it a predictable result in the game between close teams when ninth rankedBroncos (18-18) won against 8th ranked Shinagawa (20-19) in Saitama 87-81 on Saturday. Saitama outrebounded Shinagawa 45-32 including 16 on the offensive glass. American players dominated also this game. Power forward Ryan Watkins (206-1991, college: Boise St., agency: Slash Sports) notched a double-double by scoring 16 points and 20 rebounds to lead the effort and Grant Sitton (206-1993, college: Victoria) supported him with 11 points and 9 rebounds. Four Broncos players scored in double figures. Even 28 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists by forward Jordan Faison (201-1994, college: CPP) did not help to save the game for Shinagawa . Shinagawa's coach Tomoro Sano rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Broncos have a solid four-game winning streak. Saitama maintains ninth position with 18-18 record. Shinagawa at the other side keeps the eighth place with 19 games lost.
