Regular Season Round 11: Fujitsu RW - Toyota BSR 79-66

WJBL top team -Fujitsu RW (19-3) managed to deliver another win on Saturday. This time they beat seventh ranked Toyota BSR (7-15) in Kawasaki 79-66 . Fujitsu RW looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. It was a quality performance for the former international forward Yuki Miyazawa (183-1993, college: Queens, NY) who led the winners and scored 13 points and 9 rebounds. Swingman Akina Uchio (177-1997) accounted for 13 points and 7 rebounds for the winning side. Center Jessica Wariebimo (188-2005) came up with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 14 rebounds and point guard Nanami Tsuno (158-2004) added 17 points and 5 assists respectively for Toyota BSR in the defeat. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Defending champion maintains first place with 19-3 record. Toyota BSR lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the seventh position with 15 games lost.
