Regular Season Round 31: Shimane SM - Sea Horses M. 80-77

Important game to mention about took place in Shimane. Second ranked Magic (20-12) saved a 3-point victory at home edging their close opponent SeaHorses (22-10) 80-77 in the game for the second place. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of SeaHorses. Shimane SM players were unselfish on offense dishing 27 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward James McAdoo (206-1993, college: UNC, agency: Slash Sports) who helped to win the game recording 13 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists. The former international guard Seiya Ando (181-1992) contributed with 19 points for the winners. Greek-American center Zach Auguste (208-1993, college: Notre Dame, agency: Pensack Sports) answered with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds and American forward Jake Layman (206-1994, college: Maryland) added 17 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Sea Horses M.Four Shimane SM and five Sea Horses M. players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Shimane SM maintains second place with 20-12 record having two points less than leader Tochigi Brex which they share with defeated Sea Horses M.. Sea Horses M. at the other side keeps the second position with ten games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
