Yokohama outrebounded Tokyo Utd 44-31 including 17 on the offensive glass. The best player for the winners was American guard Tray Boyd III (193-1998, college: ETSU) who scored 29 points (went 9 for 9 at the free throw line !!!). Guard Takumi Masuko (186-1991) chipped in 18 points. At the other side the best for losing team was DR Congolese guard Bula Glorida (186-1999) who recorded 13 points and 8 rebounds and point guard Ren Kawashima (180-1994) added 17 points respectively. Excellence have an impressive series of six victories in a row. Yokohama maintains first place with 24-2 record. Tokyo Utd at the other side keeps the third position with five games lost.
