Everything went according to plan when fifth rankedDolphins (10-11) defeated 7th ranked B-Corsairs (7-14) in Nagoya 97-91 on Sunday. Nagoya DD outrebounded Yokohama BC 43-31 including 30 on the defensive glass. Nagoya DD looked well-organized offensively handing out 29 assists. The former international point guard Takumi Saito (172-1995) nailed 34 points (!!!) and 6 assists for the winning side and American power forward Scott Eatherton (208-1991, college: Northeastern) accounted for 14 points, 15 rebounds and 5 assists. Four Dolphins players scored in double figures. Dolphins' coach used an eleven-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. French power forward Damien Inglis (206-1995, agency: Octagon Europe) came up with a double-double by scoring 25 points, 14 rebounds and 6 assists and American Gary Clark (198-1994, college: Cincinnati) added 26 points and 6 rebounds respectively for Yokohama BC in the defeat. Nagoya DD moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Kyoto H. Yokohama BC lost fourth consecutive game. They dropped to the sixth position with 14 games lost. They share it with Ibaraki R. and Saga B..
