An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Hyogo. Third ranked Blowinds faced 4th ranked Storks. Guests from Fukui (15-6) defeated host Storks (9-12) 91-84. Fukui B. players were unselfish on offense dishing 26 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of British forward Benjamin Lawson (216-1995, college: WKU) who helped to win the game recording 18 points and 8 rebounds. American Ryan Kelly (211-1991, college: Duke, agency: Slash Sports) contributed with 23 points for the winners. Four Blowinds players scored in double figures. Nigerian-American power forward Morris Udeze (206-1999, college: N.Mexico, agency: Pensack Sports) replied with a double-double by scoring 26 points and 13 rebounds and American guard Chaundee Brown Jr (195-1998, college: Michigan) added 23 points and 4 assists in the effort for Kobe S.Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Fukui B. keeps a position of league leader, which they share with Fukuoka R. and Shinshu. Kobe S. lost sixth consecutive game. They keep the fourth place with 12 games lost. They share the position with Bambitious. Fukui B. will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Kobe S. will play at home against Fukui B. (#3) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
