Very expected game in Okinawa where 8th rankedBrave Thunders (4-15) were defeated by second ranked Golden Kings (14-5) 85-75 on Wednesday. Ryukyu made 18-of-22 free shots (81.8 percent) during the game. Ryukyu outrebounded Kawasaki 43-30 including 16 on the offensive glass. It was a great evening for American forward Victor Law (201-1995, college: Northwestern, agency: Pensack Sports) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 17 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists. Guard Yoshiyuki Matsuwaki (185-1997) helped adding 24 points. Five Golden Kings players scored in double figures. At the losing side British-American power forward Sacha Killeya-Jones (212-1998, college: NC State) responded with 22 points and 8 rebounds and Hungarian-American Rosco Allen (208-1993, college: Stanford, agency: Pensack Sports) produced a double-double by scoring 15 points and 13 rebounds. Brave Thunders' coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Golden Kings have a solid series of three victories in a row. Ryukyu keeps a position of league leader, which they share with Shimane SM. Kawasaki lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the eighth place with 15 games lost. They share the position with Sendai 89ers.
