This time Alphas used a home court advantage and outplayed the opponent from Kanagawa 101-77 on Saturday night. Koshigaya A. outrebounded Kawasaki 43-29 including 28 on the defensive glass. American forward Jeff Gibbs (188-1980, college: Otterbein) nailed a double-double by scoring 24 points, 14 rebounds and 7 assists for the winning side and his fellow American import swingman LJ Peak (196-1996, college: Georgetown, agency: Pensack Sports) accounted for 24 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Hungarian-American Rosco Allen (208-1993, college: Stanford, agency: Pensack Sports) came up with 18 points and 8 rebounds and British-American power forward Sacha Killeya-Jones (212-1998, college: NC State) added 16 points and 7 rebounds respectively for Kawasaki in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Koshigaya A. (5-12) moved-up to fifth place, which they share with FE Nagoya and Hokkaido L. Kawasaki lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the seventh position with 13 games lost.
