No shocking result in a game in Tokyo where seventh rankedEarthfriends (7-7) won against 15th ranked Hachioji Trains (4-10) 64-59 on Sunday. However just five-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. The best player for the winners was American forward Malik Benlevi (198-1997, college: Georgia St.) who scored 18 points and 8 rebounds. The other American import guard Jaycee Hillsman (200-1996, college: Illinois St.) chipped in 13 points and 7 rebounds. Benlevi is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Spanish center David Doblas (208-1981) produced 8 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists and American forward Taren Sullivan (198-1995, college: Findlay, OH) added 7 points and 5 rebounds respectively for the guests. Hachioji Trains' coach tried various players' combinations and tested in total twelve players in this game, but that didn't help. Tokyo Z maintains seventh position with 7-7 record, which they share with Niigata A. Tokyo lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the fifteenth place with ten games lost.
