Everything went according to plan in Pontianak where fourth rankedDewa United (16-4) beat 9th ranked Borneo (10-12) 93-80 on Friday. Dewa United dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Borneo 's 30. They outrebounded Borneo 45-26 including a 37-20 advantage in defensive rebounds. Dewa United looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. American forward Jordan Adams (194-1994, college: UCLA) scored 30 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists to lead the charge for the winners and Panamanian-Mexican center Joshua Ibarra (211-1995, college: HCU) chipped in 14 points and 14 rebounds during the contest. Four Dewa United players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was American point guard Isaiah Briscoe (190-1996, college: Kentucky) with a double-double by scoring 30 points, 5 rebounds, 11 assists and 4 steals and his fellow American import forward Nate Grimes (202-1996, college: Fresno St., agency: Diamond Sports) produced a double-double by scoring 18 points and 11 rebounds (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line). Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Dewa United moved-up to second place, which they share with Simba Bogor. Loser Borneo keeps the ninth position with 12 games lost.
