There was no surprise in Jakarta where 13th rankedBima Perkasa (2-11) was crushed by third ranked Pelita Jaya (10-3) 101-68 on Wednesday. Pelita Jaya outrebounded Bima Perkasa 47-28 including a 32-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. Pelita Jaya looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by Bima Perkasa 's players. The game was dominated by American players. Forward KJ McDaniels (197-1993, college: Clemson) had a double-double by scoring 12 points, 11 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 blocks to lead the charge for the winners and power forward James Dickey III (208-1996, college: UNCG) chipped in 13 points and 12 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) during the contest. Five Pelita Jaya players scored in double figures. At the losing side guard Keljin Blevins (198-1995, college: Montana St., agency: Diamond Sports) responded with 21 points and 7 rebounds and guard Corey Raley-Ross (192-1991, college: Buffalo, agency: Starting 5) scored 10 points, 8 assists and 7 steals. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
