Everything could happen in Bandung at the game between two tied teams. Both fifth rankedPrawira and 8th ranked Borneo had identical 6-4 record. This time Prawira used a home court advantage and won against the opponent from Pontianak 87-78 on Wednesday night. Prawira looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. The winners were led by American power forward DeVaughn Washington (203-1989, college: Ohio) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 27 points, 23 rebounds and 5 assists and international point guard Yudha Saputera (176-1998) supported him with 29 points and 4 assists. Even a double-double of 23 points, 16 rebounds and 5 assists by American guard Michael Qualls (197-1994, college: Arkansas) did not help to save the game for Borneo . His fellow American import forward Brandon McCoy (213-1998, college: UNLV, agency: MSG) added 19 points and 17 rebounds for the guests. Four Borneo players scored in double figures. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Despite that victory Prawira went down to sixth position due to points difference. Loser Borneo keeps the eighth place with five games lost. They share the position with Tangerang.
