Very expected game in Gor Merpati where 12th rankedBima Perkasa (1-8) was defeated by fourth ranked Simba Bogor (7-2) 83-74 on Sunday. Simba Bogor forced 25 Bima Perkasa turnovers. Strangely Bima Perkasa outrebounded Simba Bogor 49-36 including 19 on the offensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. It was a great evening for American forward KJ Buffen (201-2000, college: UAB, agency: Diamond Sports) who led his team to a victory scoring 29 points and 6 steals. American-Mexican forward Aaron Fuller (198-1989, college: USC, agency: Haylett Sports) helped adding 16 points and 11 rebounds. At the losing side American center Kierell Green (203-1997, college: Edinboro) responded with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 12 rebounds and the other American import guard Corey Raley-Ross (192-1991, college: Buffalo, agency: Starting 5) scored 13 points and 6 rebounds. Four Bima Perkasa players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Simba Bogor have an impressive series of six victories in a row. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Satria Muda. Loser Bima Perkasa keeps the twelfth position with eight games lost. They share it with Pacific Caesar.
