There was a minor upset in Yiwu where 8th rankedhengfan (5-6) was edged by eleventh ranked Golden Bulls (2-9) 81-80 on Wednesday. Strangely Wuhan outrebounded Zhejiang 46-27 including a 30-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a great evening for Fengyi Sun who led her team to a victory scoring 17 points and 9 rebounds. Yu Jiajin helped adding 19 points and 5 rebounds. Nigerian-American guard Ezinne Kalu (173-1992, college: SSU) responded with a triple-double by scoring 12 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists and American power forward Peyton Williams (193-1998, college: Kansas St.) scored 24 points and 8 rebounds (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field). Five Zhejiang and four Wuhan players scored in double figures. hengfan's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Zhejiang maintains eleventh place with 2-9 record. Wuhan lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the seventh position with six games lost. They share it with Xinjiang.
