The game between closely ranked teams ended with fourth ranked Jiangsu's (10-11) road victory over 5th ranked Magic Deer (2-19) 66-57 on Thursday. Worth to mention a great performance of international forward Luo Xinyu (187-2001) who helped to win the game recording 27 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists and center Xu Chenyan (200-1999) who added 17 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was American forward Dariauna Lewis (185-2000, college: Syracuse) with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 13 rebounds and Wu Yifan (184-1995) scored 13 points. Jiangsu maintains fourth position with 10-11 record. Xinjiang lost sixth consecutive game. They keep the fifth place with 19 games lost. They share the position with Hebei. Jiangsu will meet league's second-placed Zhejiang in the next round and it may be the game of the week. Xinjiang will play against Beijing and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
