Regular Season Round 19: Ganzhou - Shaanxi 65-85

No shocking result in a game when third rankedRed Wolves (13-4) crushed on the road 7th ranked Ganzhou (5-12) 85-65 on Sunday. Shaanxi outrebounded Ganzhou 50-28 including a 21-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was an exceptional evening for American guard Linnae Harper (175-1995, college: Ohio St.) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 10 rebounds. Center Liu Jing (187-2001) accounted for 22 points and 5 rebounds for the winning side. Four Red Wolves players scored in double figures. American power forward Sidney Cooks (193-1998, college: Seton Hall) came up with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 11 rebounds and guard Yang Kejing (175-1999) added 11 points and 5 assists respectively for Ganzhou in the defeat. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The victory was the sixth consecutive win for Red Wolves . Shaanxi keeps a position of league leader, which they share with Heilongjiang and Wuhan. Ganzhou lost their sixth game in a row. Newly promoted team keeps the seventh place with 12 games lost. They share the position with Xiamen.
