Very predictable result in Ningbo where eighth rankedEagles (15-8) defeated 15th ranked Rockets (7-16) 121-109 on Friday. Qingdao E. dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Rockets 's 40 and made 21-of-27 free shots (77.8 percent) during the game. Qingdao E. looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Qingdao E. made 7 blocks. The best player for the winners was American guard Quinndary Weatherspoon (190-1996, college: MSU) who had a double-double by scoring 38 points (!!!), 7 rebounds and 10 assists. The former international center Hansen Yang (216-2005) chipped in a double-double by scoring 26 points, 14 rebounds and 4 blocks (on 10-of-12 shooting from the field).
