There was no surprise in Hohhot where 4th rankedMongolia (8-6) was defeated by top-ranked Yuanda (14-0) 91-84 on Sunday. Sichuan made 20-of-25 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. Sichuan outrebounded Inner M. 36-25 including a 15-3 advantage in offensive rebounds. Sichuan looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international center Xu Han (208-1999) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 27 points, 15 rebounds and 5 assists and the former international guard Siyu Wang (175-1995) who added 15 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists during the contest. Yuanda's coach Milos Paden used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to get some rest. At the losing side American center Kalani Brown (201-1997, college: Baylor, agency: LBM Management) responded with 25 points and 7 rebounds (on 10-of-12 shooting from the field) and her fellow American import point guard Natisha Hiedeman (173-1997, college: Marquette) scored 13 points and 6 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Yuanda have an impressive 14-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position with 14-0 record. Loser Mongolia keeps the fourth place with six games lost.
