Eighth-rankedXiamen (2-8) used its home court advantage to challenge second ranked hengfan (9-3). The visitors from Wuhan managed to secure only one-point victory 68-67 . However their fans expected much easier game. American point guard Chennedy Carter (175-1998, college: Texas A&M) stepped up and scored 36 points (!!!) and 4 assists for the winners and center Fu Jinqiu (188-1996) chipped in 5 points and 12 rebounds. At the losing side American center Imani McGee-Stafford (201-1994, college: Texas) responded with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 21 rebounds and guard Wong Yew-Yan (172-1997) scored 12 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. hengfan have a solid series of four victories in a row. Wuhan keeps a position of league leader, which they share with Heilongjiang. Xiamen lost third consecutive game. They keep the eighth place with eight games lost.
