Binagyar - Dragon Oil 102-96

Binagyar fired past Dragon Oil to advance into Final. Dragon Oil trailed by 14 points at halftime and as many as 18 after three quarters before a 30-18 last quarter charge cut the deficit to 96-102 at the end of the game. Binagyar made 34-of-45 free shots (75.6 percent) during the game, while Dragon Oil only scored eighteen points from the stripe. They outrebounded Dragon Oil 62-44 including a 39-22 advantage in defensive rebounds. 31 personal fouls committed by Dragon Oil helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Kerim Mammetmuradov (180-97) who helped to win the game recording 53 points (!!!), 5 rebounds and 7 assists. Guard Alihan Bekchanov (185-97) contributed with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. Forward Nury Agadjanov (190-88) answered with a double-double by scoring 25 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists and guard Tagi Tagiev (182-93) added 14 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Dragon Oil. Five Dragon Oil players scored in double figures.

CSKA - Talyp 73-60

CSKA rallied past Talyp in the semifinal clash. The game was mostly controlled by CSKA. Talyp managed to win fourth quarter 20-17. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when CSKA made 8 blocks. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Merdan Hojamedov (200-95) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 17 points, 19 rebounds and 5 blocks. Forward Rustam Bagshyev (190-91) contributed with a double-double by scoring 14 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Forward Yevgeniy Nazipov (189-1) answered with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 11 rebounds and the former international guard Toyli Bayryyev (188-84) added 10 points and 12 rebounds in the effort for Talyp.
