Gurlushikchi - Binagyar 75-77 Fourth-ranked Gurlushikchi (11-5) made lots of trouble for first ranked Binagyar (16-1) on Tuesday. The visitors managed to secure only two-point victory 77-75. However their fans expected easier game. The best player for the winners was point guard Kerim Mammetmuradov (180-97) who scored 18 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. Guard Alihan Bekchanov (185-97) chipped in 19 points and 6 rebounds. Four Binagyar players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was the former international guard Aleksandr Pashkov (193-85) who recorded 18 points and 7 rebounds and center Muhammet Begenjov (198-89) added 18 points and 6 rebounds respectively. Gurlushikchi's coach Murat Atamedov rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Binagyar have an impressive 12-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 16-1 record. Gurlushikchi at the other side dropped to the third place with five games lost. They share the position with Talyp. Second ranked CSKA faced one of their biggest challengers Talyp. Host CSKA (15-2) defeated guests from (11-5) 91-84. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Talyp. It was a good game for forward Merdan Hojamedov (200-95) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 17 rebounds. Guard Timur Allanurov (188-89) contributed with 18 points, 6 rebounds, 7 assists and 4 steals for the winners. Gurlushikchi outrebounded Gyrat 58-43 including a 45-32 advantage in defensive rebounds. Center Muhammet Begenjov (198-89) had a double-double by scoring 25 points and 21 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and the former international guard Aleksandr Pashkov (193-85) chipped in 23 points and 9 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was the former international Kerim Satylov (188-88) with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 14 rebounds and power forward Azimberdy Amanberdiev (192) produced a double-double by scoring 19 points and 10 rebounds. Gurlushikchi moved-up to third place, which they share with Talyp. Gyrat lost sixth consecutive game. They keep the eighth position with 13 games lost.
