Turkmenistan U16 came back from the tournament in Taraz as they participated amongst three other teams.
In Day 1 Turkmenistan U16 lost to Kazakhstan 41-97. Later Uzbekistan U16 posted an 84-64 win over Turkmenistan. In the last game Turkmenistan U16 overcame Kyrgyzstan U16 59-51.
Kazakhstan U16 advances to Asian Championships as they won the tournament of four teams.
