Another interesting game was a derby match between two teams from Bangkok: Hitech and Air Force. Hitech smashed visiting Air Force by 26 points 83-57. American center Kierell Green (203-1997, college: Edinboro, agency: YoungGroup Unlimited) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 12 rebounds. Chanatip Jakrawan contributed with 13 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Pongsaporn Srijan replied with 18 points for Air Force. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Hitech will play against Sripatum Uni. in the next round where they are favorite. Air Force will play against JBBS DW and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
An exciting game was played in . Cobras faced Sripatum. Guests from smashed host Sripatum 108-67. Morakinyo Williams scored 21 points and 8 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners. Supakorn Saeming responded with 17 points and 9 rebounds. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Cobras will meet Banvas in the next round where they are favorite. Sripatum will play against Hitech in Bangkok and hope to win that game.
In the last two games of round 2 winless PNRU was defeated by Shoot it Dragons in a road game 95-78. Banvas beat JBBS DW at home 96-94.
