Fields' double-double lands him BTL Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

28-year old American guard Accheaus Fields (187-G-1997) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for second-ranked Shoot it Dragons and receives a Hoops Agents BTL Player of the Week award for round 13.
He had a double-double of 42 points and 15 rebounds, while his team beat White Lions (#8, 4-10) 95-89. Shoot it Dragons maintains the 2nd position in Thailand BTL. They are still close to the very top. Shoot it Dragons would have been even better if they kept winning the games like in the last round. They have a solid 12-2 record. In the team's last game Fields had a remarkable 64.0% from 2-point range. He turned to be Shoot it Dragons' top player in his first season with the team. Averett University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Fields is in league's top in points (3rd best: 27.9ppg), rebounds (6th best: 12.0rpg), assists (3rd best: 7.6apg) and averages solid 2.8spg and 51.0% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Omar Thielemans (203-SF-1999) of White Lions Basketball Club. He is Gambian-Belgian in his first season at White Lions. In the last game Thielemans recorded an impressive double-double of 27 points and 13 rebounds. Bad luck as White Lions lost that game 89-95 to the higher-ranked Shoot it Dragons (#2, 12-2). White Lions is still second from the bottom in the standings. 10 lost games are too many comparing to just four victories White Lions managed to get this year. Thielemans is a newcomer at White Lions and quickly became one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to forward Ibrahim Diaby (197-F-2001) of Thai General Equipment (#4). Diaby showcased his all-around game by recording 12 points, 11 rebounds (!!!) and 11 assists (!!!) in the last round. He was a key player of TGE, leading his team to a 124-54 easy win against slightly lower-ranked Banvas (#5, 6-8). TGE needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 9 victories and 5 lost games. Diaby has a great season in Thailand. After 13 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in assists with 6.7apg (6th best). He also has 2.8spg, 1.6bpg and a FGP of 54.6%.
