Frederick Lish was the second best scorer of the day in the world yesterday with the 39 points he had in TGE

39 points scored by 36 year old American point guard Frederick Lish (175-PG-1988, college: USA) made him the second highest scoring player of the day in the world. His team TGE beat the CT Tiger 82 to 76. He also grabbed 9 rebounds and got 3 assists that game. Lish is the 7th best scorer in the league averaging over 23 points and 6 rebounds per game. 9 out of the top 10 highest scorers in the league are alumni of US colleges.
He is quite experienced player. Thanks to his pro career he managed to play on three different continents (Europe, Asia and of course North America), in five different countries. He has played previously professionally in Indonesia (CLS Knights), Israel (ASA Ashkelon and Elitzur Ironi Ashkelon), Malaysia and Mongolia (Brothers).
He also represented Thailand at the Asian Games in Huangzhou (China) last year. During this event he scored an average of 15.3 points per game and had 3.7 rebounds per game.
Among many awards he was selected as the Asia-Basket.com All-Thailand Basketball League Player of the Year as well as the All-Thailand Basketball League Import Player of the Year and the All-Thailand Basketball League First Team back in 2020. He was selected as the Asia-Basket.com All-Thailand Basketball League Honorable Mention between 2017 and 2018.
