Pythons - Tigers 69-90 Another exciting game was between third ranked Tigers and 4th placed Pythons where Tigers (3-2) crushed Pythons (2-3) on the road with 21-point difference 90-69. Tigers dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Pythons' 40. Tigers had a 41-28 advantage in offensive rebounds. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 28 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by Pythons' players. Guard Takamin Sirijariyaporn (181-1997) orchestrated the victory by scoring 29 points, 8 assists and 4 steals. Cameroonian forward Gabriel Yeumo (200-1988) contributed with 8 points, 15 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. American point guard Taishaun Johnson (183-1994, college: PVAMU) answered with 20 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists and Vincentian forward Theodore Austin (195-1995) added 16 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for Pythons. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Tigers maintains third place with 3-2 record having just two points less than leader Devil Rays. Newly promoted Pythons keep the fourth position with three games lost. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of SWU. It was a key game for the top position in the league. They outrebounded SWU 60-47 including 22 on the offensive glass. Devil Rays looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. The best player for the winners was Tew Fra who had a double-double by scoring 20 points and 21 rebounds. The former international Toby Sathitsumpan (182-2001) chipped in 23 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Devil Rays' coach S. Premprapan felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Cholasit Kitbumroong (-2000) produced 12 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists and Ukrainian swingman Sergii Pryimak (204-1996, agency: BIG) added 6 points and 14 rebounds respectively for the guests. Devil Rays have an impressive series of five victories in a row. Defending champion keeps a position of league leader. SWU at the other side dropped to the second place with one game lost. They were replaced at the leadership position by Devil Rays. They outrebounded T-REX 55-43 including a 42-28 advantage in defensive rebounds. Wave looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. British center Morakinyo Williams (209-1988, college: Citadel) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 25 points, 14 rebounds and 4 blocks for the winners and Filipino point guard James Martinez (170-1987) chipped in 20 points, 10 rebounds and 7 assists. Four Wave players scored in double figures. American Tevis Robinson (198-1995, college: JWU, FL) responded with a double-double by scoring 20 points, 13 rebounds and 5 assists and the other American import point guard Avery Scharer (185-1986, college: Shoreline CC) scored 8 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Wave (1-4) left bottom position moving up to fifth place. It was T-REX's fifth loss in a row. They still close the standings with five games lost.
