Sathitsumpan's double-double lands him Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

22-year old shooting guard Toby Sathitsumpan (182-SG-2001) had an amazing evening in the last round for Devil Rays and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 6.
He had a double-double of 49 points and 14 rebounds, while his team outclassed, the league's bottom-ranked team Kings (#10, 0-6) with 56-point margin 135-79. Thanks to this victory Devil Rays moved-up to the 5th position in Thailand league. They would have been even better if they did not have these two lost games earlier in Regular Season. Devil Rays will need more victories to improve their 4-2 record. In the team's last game Sathitsumpan had a remarkable seven three-pointers out of 13 attempts. He has many years of experience at Devil Rays, through which he has constantly improved. Sathitsumpan has impressive league stats. He is league's best scorer averaging so far 32.8ppg. Sathitsumpan is in league's top in and averages solid 2.3spg and 51.2% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Morakinyo Williams (209-C-1988) of Wave. He is British center in his first season at Wave. In the last game Williams recorded impressive double-double of 36 points and 18 rebounds. Bad luck as Wave was edged by the lower-ranked Eagles (#8, 2-4) 88-84. This loss caused Wave to drop to 3rd position in the standings. His team's 4-2 record is not bad at all. Williams is one of the most experienced players at Wave and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to Marlon Monte of Kings (#10). Monte got into 30-points club by scoring 36 points in the last round. He went also for fourteen rebounds and four assists. Despite Monte's great performance Kings lost 79-135 to the higher-ranked Devil Rays (#5, 4-2). But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. Monte has individually a great season in Thailand. After only 6 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in assists with 5.3apg (7th best).
