Worth to mention a great performance of Senegalese center Amdy Dieng (207-1998) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 14 points and 11 rebounds. International center Chun-Hsiang Lu (190-1997) contributed with 15 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Four Pilots players scored in double figures. American guard Archie Goodwin (196-1994, college: Kentucky) replied with 29 points and his fellow American import center Michael Holyfield (211-1992, college: SHSU) added 2 points and 15 rebounds in the effort for Braves. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
