Leopards (8-1) recorded its first loss against seventh ranked Aquas on Wednesday night. Aquas were rolled over by seventh ranked Aquas (3-7) 112-90. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Leopards. Kaohsiung A. had a 34-22 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 32 assists. Ukrainian Bogdan Bliznyuk (198-1995, college: EWU) fired a triple-double by scoring 28 points, 11 rebounds and 12 assists for the winners. chipped in 31 points (on 12-of-15 shooting from the field). produced 19 points and 7 assists for lost side. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Kaohsiung A. maintains seventh place with 3-7 record. Taiwan Beer L. at the other side still keeps top position with one game lost. Kaohsiung A. are looking forward to face higher ranked Taipei TM (#6) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Malcolm Miller contributed with 17 points and 12 rebounds for the winners. Palestinian power forward Sani Sakakini (204-1988) answered with a double-double by scoring 25 points and 10 rebounds for Kings. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Taiwan Beer L. maintains first place with 8-1 record. Defending champion Kings dropped to the fifth position with six games lost. Taiwan Beer L. will play against league's second-placed Dreamers in Changhua in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Kings will have a break next round.

It was a great evening for Aric Holman who led his team to a victory scoring 20 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field). At the losing side Kuo-Hao Kao responded with 28 points and 5 rebounds. Lioneers' coach Wesam Al-Sous rotated ten players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Dreamers moved-up to second place. Loser Lioneers dropped to the third position with three games lost. Dreamers will meet league's leader Taiwan Beer L. in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Lioneers will play against the league's leader Taiwan Beer L. in Taoyuan and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

In the last two games of round 7 Taipei TM was defeated by Dreamers 128-117. Taiwan Beer L. smashed N.Taipei CTBC 100-77.

There was no surprise when 6th ranked Taipei TM (3-4) was defeated by fourth ranked Dreamers (5-5) 128-117 on Sunday. Dreamers made 26-of-34 free shots (76.5 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 30 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by Taipei TM's players. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Dreamers made 7 blocks. It was a great evening for American forward Trey Thompkins (208-1990, college: Georgia, agency: Octagon Europe) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 22 points, 11 rebounds and 6 assists. His fellow American import power forward Aric Holman (208-1997, college: MSU) helped adding 20 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists.
