SBL Round 3: Taiwan Beer lose their first game against Bank of Taiwan

After 3 rounds played we can already see who rules in the SBL and who belongs to weaker ones. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of Taiwan Beer (6-1) against Bank of Taiwan on Thursday night. Bank of Taiwan were defeated by Bank of Taiwan (5-2) 75-64. Bank of Taiwan looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. It was a great evening for American power forward Ishmael Lane (203-97, college: NSU) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 18 rebounds. His fellow American import swingman Zak Irvin (198-94, college: Michigan) helped adding 16 points, 17 rebounds and 10 assists. Bank of Taiwan's coach used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was American center Doral Moore (216-97, college: Wake Forest) with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 20 rebounds. Bank of Taiwan are looking forward to face Jeoutai (#3) in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Taiwan Beer will play against Yulon Luxgen and is hoping to win this game.
Fourth-ranked Yulon Luxgen (2-4) gave a tough game to Taiwan Beer (6-1) in Taipei. Taiwan Beer managed to secure only three-point victory 77-74. However their fans expected easier game. It was an exceptional evening for American center Doral Moore (216-97, college: Wake Forest) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 13 points, 14 rebounds and 4 blocks. Ramon Galloway accounted for 23 points and 6 rebounds. Canadian-American swingman Nicholas Wiggins (198-91, college: Z*Orangeville A's) came up with 25 points and 6 rebounds for Yulon Luxgen in the defeat. Yulon Luxgen's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Taiwan Beer will again play against Yulon Luxgen (#4) in the next round. Yulon Luxgen will play against Jeoutai and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

Bank of Taiwan dominated down low during the game scoring 74 of its points in the paint compared to Pauian's 42. Bank of Taiwan forced 25 Pauian turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 30 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Bank of Taiwan made 8 blocks. The best player for the winners was American swingman Zak Irvin (198-94, college: Michigan) who scored 14 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field).
