Al Wahda signs rookie Jomaru Brown in his first year in pro basketball

Defending champion Al Wahda Damascus (SBL) strengthened their roster with addition of American 188cm guard Jomaru Brown. He just graduated from Coastal (NCAA). In 24 games he recorded 12.1ppg, 2.3rpg, 2.5apg and 1.6spg last season.

He started his college career at Eastern Kentucky University (NCAA) where he played four seasons. His high school career he had spent at Southern Durham High School in Durham, NC.

As mentioned above he is just out of the college and it will be his first full season in pro basketball.
