The victory was the twelfth consecutive win for Hornets. They maintain first place with 12-0 record. Nanyang lost their third game in a row. They dropped to the ninth position with nine games lost. They share it with Siglap.

Tungsan lost their fifth game in a row. Newly promoted team stay at the bottom position with 11 games lost.
