Lim's double-double lands him Player of the Week award

27-year old Singapore guard Kelvin Lim (191-G-1996) had a great game in the last round for second-ranked SBPHK Hornets and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 4.
He had a double-double of 17 points and 18 rebounds, while his team outclassed, the league's bottom-ranked team Tungsan (#12, 0-4) with 53-point margin 103-50. Hornets maintains the 2nd position in Singapore league. They maintain a perfect record without any lost game in the league. The season is still on an early stage, but Hornets already had a very good start winning all 3 without losing a single one. In the team's last game Lim had a remarkable 54.5% from 2-point range. He turned to be Hornets' top player in his first season with the team. Lim has impressive league stats. He is league's best scorer averaging so far 23.0ppg and leads league in rebounds with 18.0rpg. Lim is in league's top in assists (2nd best: 4.0apg) and averages solid 3.5spg and 62.5% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Espinosa Haribon. He is a in his first season at Hornets. In the last game Haribon recorded an impressive 21 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists. Of course together with Lim he helped SBPHK Hornets with another comfortable win outscoring Tungsan (#12, 0-4) 103-50. Hornets' second position in the standings has not changed. A very good start of the season for his team, which won so far all 3 games without any defeat. Haribon is one of the most experienced players at Hornets and similarly like Kelvin Lim has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to Alpha McKevin of Chong Ghee (#5). McKevin scored 12 points and grabbed 19 rebounds (!!!). He was a key player of Chong Ghee, leading his team to a 64-41 easy win against the lower-ranked Xin Hua (#8, 1-2). Chong Ghee has a very good start of the season. But there were just 2 games played, so it's too early to judge them at this stage. McKevin also has a very good start of the season with very strong stats. McKevin has a great season in Singapore. After only 2 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 15.5rpg (2nd best).
